Miracle Minds Therapy, powered by UCF ("MMT"), is a behavioral and mental healthcare provider.  MMT gathers the personal information of clients, including names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, household income, and medical and insurance information.  Information is used to match clients with a clinician and a funding source.  Information may be gathered by telephone, e-mail, or provided in person at MMT's offices.  Pursuant to HIPPA guidelines, MMT protects the confidentiality of all personal and medical information and will only release information to third parties upon receipt of signed consent from the client or, in the case of a minor, from a parent or legal guardian.  Information stored online is guarded by Microsoft's Exchange Online Protection.  All personal data is encrypted both at rest and in transit and is secured by a cloud-based Tier 1 secure hosting provider that maintains HITRUST certification to ensure that all handling and transmitting of data complies with HIPAA requirements. Clients may update information or obtain their own copies of the information provided to MMT, along with medical records produced by MMT, by making a request telephonically or at the location where treatment was received (school-based clients must request information telephonically, as physical records are not maintained onsite at schools).  For additional information, please call 702-888-6300.
